I was interested in your version of the well known quotation from St Gregory the Theologian, this is normally rendered as, “What is not assumed, is not healed” and is taken to be a reference to the Incarnation. So, if Christ was not divine, and did not assume our human nature, then it would not have been healed. At least, this is my understanding, from the Eastern Orthodox Tradition.
