Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults 2:1 – The Bible, God’s Word Part I by Fr Guy de Gaynesford

RCIA - artwork 2The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process by which adults are formed and received into full communion with the Catholic Church.  We continue our publication of the full text of Fr Guy de Gaynesford’s RCIA course, written for this purpose for use in parishes.

The second session is entitled The Bible: God’s Word – Part I –  which explores what the Church believes she is reading in the Scriptures, and how the Scriptures need to exist side by side with the Church’s teaching office (the bishops in union with the Holy Father).
